In a letter to the Archbishop of Juba, Bishop Declan Lang, the Bishop for International Affairs congratulates Archbishop Lukudu Loro and the Anglican Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul on the first anniversary of South Sudan.  He also commends both Archbishops on their joint letter, mapping out a Christian vision for the future of the country and assures them of the prayers and support of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.
