Sent on behalf of the National Catholic Scout Chaplain

The Scout Association is the country’s largest mixed voluntary youth movement with over half a million members and is part of a worldwide movement of 40 million people.

The Association is looking for a new volunteer leader for the group which supports Catholics in Scouting.

Bishop Richard Moth, Liaison Bishop for Scouts, and Fr Jonathan How, National Catholic Scout Chaplain, would like to encourage applications from members of the Catholic community with a passion for helping young people to develop their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, with good skills in leading teams of adults and who are in good standing with the church.

Application forms and further details are available on scouts.org.uk.

Closing date is the morning of 18 April 2017.

Fr Jonathan is very happy to speak with anyone considering the role.
