For Your School

Catholic Schools provide an incredible opportunity to help all young people grow, learn and become the people God made them to be.

As we approach National Youth Sunday we can think about what we can do in our schools to make them vibrant, active and centered on Christ.

The Church’s educational institutions are undoubtedly a communal setting for accompaniment; they can offer guidance to many young people… In this way, the Church makes a fundamental contribution to the integral education of the young in various parts of the world.

Act of Worship

On the Friday before National Youth Sunday – We’re hoping that as many schools as possible can join together in prayer at 9:00am for a special NYS Act of Worship.

The structure is simple and is designed to help you adapt it to your school and your set up so feel free to change / add / edit anything you like. If you have any great ideas or what to share what you’re doing then leave us a message in the comments box below!

You can access speaker notes using the link in the viewer – click on the cog. You will need an internet connection to run the embedded video.

The Act of Worship features a special video featuring David Wells and volunteers from across the country who work in Youth Ministry.
