In this episode we read Acts 13: 1-12. Barnabas and Saul are sent out by the Holy Spirit to Cyprus where they proclaimed the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. Elymas the magician, who was with Segius Paulus the proconsul, opposed them and was rebuked by Saul.
