Prison Reform: Ban the Box

The Bishops' Conference agrees to 'Ban the Box' in their diocesan recruitment practice.

Recognising the central role of employment in helping people leaving prison to become reintegrated into society, the Bishops’ Conference agrees to ‘Ban the Box’ in their diocesan recruitment practices, and encourages all employers to do the same, so as to allow for applicants to make their case.
