As the Middle East North Africa region and Gulf states continue to suffer conflict, war and great turbulence, there will be an ecumenical peace vigil in London to pray for the region’s people and the leaders who carry the responsibility of finding a path towards peace and reconciliation.

The evening, at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Kensington, on Thursday 30 April, will present Christians from different backgrounds, confessions or cultures, with the opportunity to come together to share moments of prayer, readings and reflection set to poignant, beautiful music.

Eastertide is a time when we share in the light of the Risen Christ that conquers death and darkness. This is a victory needed now more than ever in the Middle East, North Africa, and Gulf states.
