The Sacrament of Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation, or Confession as it's better known, offers us a way of getting closer to God - to be forgiven for our sins. It's especially important to receive if we're already baptised Catholic, but haven't been to church for a while and want to start receiving Communion again. Pope Francis says of Confession: "It's an encounter with the Lord’s mercy which spurs us on to do our best". Check out our resource section.
